We chose to divert money that is generated by Landfilll tax to local charties. The charites have to be registered with entrust to allow them to qualilfy for funding.
We donate a small percentage of the money ourselves, this money would otherwise go to the goverment. The charities we have given to are:
- The Wilts & Berks Canal Trust – currently received over £450,000
- Brinkworth Chuch Roof Fund
- Somerford Football Club
