What are the Clearance & Collection Opening Hours?
We generally operate between the hours of 8am and 5pm although we are flexible and will not leave until the property is completely free of the goods to be removed.
Who will collect?
We will instruct and send our own uniformed staff to help remove the unwanted individual items or completely clear houses, sheds, garages and offices. We do NOT use subcontractors.

The price to remove individual items depends on your location, type of goods, weight and volume.
How much will it cost?
Everyone’s requirements and requests are different, hence to give you the best price we will need to visit the property and compile a quotation.
The price will largely depend on the weight, volume and type of goods to be cleared. We can give quotes over the phone however, we prefer to do site visits and quote.
Do you recycle the goods collected?
Wherever possible we recycle as many of the items cleared as possible using our well established waste management procedures.
Last year we proudly recycled over 85% of all waste we took.
Do you buy individual items?
We do not purchase individual items.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we hold full public liability insurance.
Are you a registered waste carrier?
Yes, we are registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier.
Will you completely clear the requested area?
Yes, we will remove all items you have confirmed can be taken.
Do I need to be present for the clearance?
Ideally we prefer you to be present at the clearance to ensure the correct goods are removed.
Should you be unavailable we are happy to work with a representative e.g. Estate Agent, neighbour, family member with your given written consent. We will collect keys from the authorised person.
